Indiana Apostolic Trumpet – Moving To the Next Level

In general, most people, find that moving is one of the most difficult things to face.  A lot of changes have to be made, new directions have to be taken, and even different perspectives have to be looked at in order to accomplish your goals.

We are however, anticipating that this move will only serve as a blessing to everyone that reads the Trumpet, not only here in Indiana, but from all over the World. The Trumpet can now be viewed online for free at Free is a good word to use in a time where money seems to be in short supply for all of us. We want to assure you that free does not mean less quality or less content.

As Editor of the Indiana Apostolic Trumpet, my vision is a more expanded magazine with additional feature articles that we are unable to provide in a printed copy due to limited pages.  In order to increase the number of pages in the current printed edition, we would need to raise the price, which would then make the magazine unaffordable to the individuals and churches that subscribe to the Trumpet.

Effective March 1, 2012, the updated and expanded edition of the Trumpet will be available for everyone to see.  You will have access to previous months’ articles and pictures since all content will be archived for your future reference, and let me reinforce again, it is free.

The Indiana Apostolic Trumpet has a long history in the Indiana District of the United Pentecostal Church. Throughout the years, many wonderful articles have been written, along with many pictures that have inspired and captured the dedication of our churches and saints. As the Editor, along with the Indiana District Board, it is our desire for everyone to experience and enjoy the captured moments at the District Campground, at church functions, and Sectional Meetings. Not only enjoy them presently, but to be able to access them in years to come and share them with the next generation.  All of this will be possible by providing an online Trumpet magazine.

As previously stated, the word “free” meets the need of the hour. Every church and church member will now be able to access a copy of the Trumpet at no cost. As Editor of the Trumpet, my promise is to provide our readers with the most beneficial and up to date information in regards to the Indiana District, as well as articles from our own Indiana writers and guest writers from around the world.

We would like to encourage everyone to “get connected”, as our cover title suggests.  We truly believe that you will find everything you loved in the printed copy, and much, much more.

Rev. Dan Cox is the Pastor of the United Pentecostal Church of Warsaw and the Editor of the Indiana Apostolic Trumpet.
